> The temperature measurement accuracy will be affected if personnel entering the room from a cold outdoor environment;
1. Start the test after the sensor temperature balances with the ambient temperature for 10 minutes after powering on;
2. Ensure that there is no heating source or air conditioner within 3 meters of the face recognition device;
3. The forehead temperature test should be carried out after leaving the forehead uncovered for three minutes and the temperature is stabilized;
4. The forehead temperature will be changed if the face recognition device is exposed to certain factors, such as showers, hair dryers, sprays, etc.
5. When there is oil on the forehead, makeup, oxygen masks, or wrinkles in the elderly, the reading temperature will be lower than the actual temperature;
6. If the temperature read is the temperature at the projection site, make sure there is no hair or clothing in this area.
