How to Install the Turnstile on the Sclerous Floor ?

1. Prepare the tools to install the turnstile (percussion drill, expansion screw, adjustable wrench, a set of hex wrench, screwdriver, electrical glue, trimmer) and check the components according to the packing list.

2. Confirm the system and working mode and then prepare to start the installation after the overall planning.

3. Mark a surface area as foundation and place the turnstile in position.

4. After fixing the hole position, drill the hole and pre-embed the anchor bolt or expansion bolt of M12 or M10.

1. The high-current and low-current cables are passed through a 3/4" PVC conduits respectively and bury them in the corresponding position with cement (refer to the product wiring diagram).

2. The turnstile cases are respectively moved to the corresponding installation position and align the anchor bolts one by one.

3. Check whether the system composition and working method are correct or not and then proceed to the next step.

4. Open the turnstile case, choose one turnstile as standard (preferably choose the middle one as standard), and align the bolt holes of the bottom of the turnstile with the corresponding anchor bolts, and pre-tighten the nuts.

5. Fix next turnstile according to the chosen one as standard, and align the bolt holes of the bottom of the turnstile with the corresponding anchor bolts, and then pre-tighten the nuts. If there are more turnstiles need to be installed, please do according to this method.

6. Refer to the product wiring diagram and connect the power cord and the online cable and connect the protective ground wire.

7. After the condition inspection and function debugging are qualified, tighten the anchor nuts.
